Proficient in Arthroscopy and Joint Operations, with a focus on intricate surgeries of the shoulder, hip, and knee, including those related to sports injuries and the reconstruction of joints in adults. He has received his education from various nations, such as Belgium, South Korea, Australia, the United Kingdom, and India. Skilled in performing surgeries on the shoulder, knee, hip, wrist, and elbow through arthroscopy, he is acknowledged as the initial surgeon in South India to conduct the Arthroscopic Latarjet procedure, a complex operation involving the transfer of bone to treat chronic shoulder dislocation and loss of the glenoid bone. He was the first in Kerala to use Regeneten collagen patches to enhance the success of arthroscopic Rotator cuff repair. He pioneered the use of a metal-free approach in the Latarjet procedure. He was among the pioneers in India to perform the advanced knee replacement system Triathlon in Kerala. He was the first in Kerala to perform ACL revision surgery using a Quadriceps tendon autograft with Fibre-tape tightrope. Dr. Sujit was the first in Kerala to introduce the muscle-sparing Direct anterior approach for total hip replacement, enabling patients to bear weight and engage in activities immediately after surgery. He was Gold Medalist in Post-graduate education, the state champion in Quiz contest of Kerala Orthopaedic Association, and Video Gold Medalist for the Kerala Orthopaedic Association annual conference. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the Kerala Orthopaedic Association, Secretary of Association of Arthroscopic Surgeons of Kerala and Secretary of Cochin Orthopaedic Society. Currently, he holds the executive committee position of Shoulder and Elbow Society of India. He has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed articles in medical literature. Additionally, he has delivered presentations at various national and international conferences. He is also a reviewer for Medline-indexed journals, including the Journal of Clinical Orthopedics and Traumatology. Vocal music (including vocal and light music), digital and online tools, creating websites, Swimming, Rollerblading, Self-defense, and Badminton are his non academic interests. Member of the Rotary Club of Cochin Global, conferred the title of Paul Harris Fellow within the Rotary International for the contributions to Rotary International for vocational service globally. Served as the Secretary of the Rotary Club of Angamaly from 2011 to 2012. Elected as the President of the Rotary Club of Cochin, Global, for the period of 2024 to 2025. He is also President of VTJ enclave residents Association from 2023. Happily married to Mrs Renju Sujit who is a Clinical Nutritionist Has two children, daughter Nayana Ann Sujit, MBBS student at M.O.S.C.
